This past April, we had the pleasure of attending a vibrant private dinner hosted by Blooming Freedom Events and The Chef’s Table Stuart in Palm City, Florida. While we weren’t there to photograph the food, we were invited to capture the venue’s newly designed ceremony area. It’s a total dream for anyone planning a colorful, garden inspired wedding on the Treasure Coast.

A Nursery with Event Space Magic

More than just a venue, Blooming Freedom is a family run nursery offering orchids, exotic greenery, and landscaping services. They also take part in local markets and provide wholesale plants for vendors. Behind the shop is their bright and airy indoor event space, featuring sky high ceilings and tons of natural light. It’s perfect for showers, receptions, or ceremonies and an ideal blank canvas for anyone dreaming of a boho, eclectic, or garden wedding.

For the event, copper chairs from Unearthed Rentals and layered woven chargers set the tone for a tropical, stylish look. Bold napkins in hot pink, orange, and yellow, plus multicolored candles, brought fun, summer energy into the room… especially under the glow of the bright, sunny day.

A Statement Seating Chart & New Ceremony Site

Just outside the main space, Blooming Freedom’s new ceremony spot made its debut, and we got the chance to photograph around it. It’s open and airy, featuring a striking driftwood style arch at the front and a paved center aisle bordered by low grass where guests would be seated. While the surrounding fences are currently visible, newly planted greenery along the sides will eventually grow in to create a lush, enclosed feel over time.

One of the most unique details was the oversized windowpane used as a seating chart. The glass was beautifully written on and completely covered in lush greenery and cascading orchids, all of which are available right on the property. It was such a creative way to combine décor and function. Offering guests a visual focal point while showing off the venue’s own nursery blooms.

Sarandipity Florals Brings the Magic

Of course, the real show stopper was the floral design by Sarah from Sarandipity Florals (@sarandipity_floral_), who always brings incredible energy and creativity to the table. Sarah created bright, playful centerpieces using plants found directly at Blooming Freedom, plus an extra fun detail: mini pink pineapples from her own backyard!

Her arrangements were vibrant, full of personality, and worked perfectly with the venue’s tropical meets boho atmosphere. If you’re looking for a wedding florist in Palm City who can do bold, colorful, and one of a kind, Sarah is a must have on your vendor team!
